Alyssa Mees is a painter, illustrator and graphic designer based in Southern California. Throughout seven years of creating visual art, she has consistently drawn inspiration from her fascination with animals and nature. 

She creates imperfect images of the world around her, the worlds she sees above and below the reality we all swim in, and she has begun to find herself in it, one piece at a time. She gladly hops between traditional methods and digital ways in her journey to fulfill her creative needs.
